Since 1991, the MOUX distillery has been a story of family and tradition, an adventure launched in 1991 in Tahiti. After initiatory trips to the French West Indies, David MOUX launches the first pure cane juice rum from Tahiti, TAMURE RHUM. Sugar cane grows on a unique land untouched by any intensive agriculture. Around ten hectares of sugar cane are cultivated directly by the distillery. David MOUX brings real know-how where everything is done by hand in the family.
